DP Solutions does not custody, administer, transfer, or exchange virtual assets on its own account or on behalf of third parties. All exchange, custody, transfer, and settlement operations are executed exclusively through internationally regulated exchanges, escrow providers, and fintech platforms, subject to regulatory frameworks of recognized jurisdictions with standards equivalent to or exceeding those established by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), including Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and suspicious transaction reporting obligations. As an additional layer of compliance, DP Solutions performs Know Your Transaction (KYT) analysis on all relevant operations through on-chain blockchain analytics. This process enables real-time and retrospective tracing of transaction flows, wallet risk scoring, and identification of funds linked to sanctioned addresses, illicit activity, or high-risk counterparties, prior to any recommendation being issued to the client.The relationship between DP Solutions and its clients is purely advisory and non-intermediary in nature, equivalent to that of a financial consultant or investment advisor who recommends the use of regulated vehicles without directly operating them.Any client acting on the basis of DP Solutions’ recommendations formalizes their operational relationship directly with the corresponding regulated providers, who assume full compliance responsibility in matters of anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, and prevention of financing of weapons of mass destruction, pursuant to applicable law in each jurisdiction.
